We watch the permit records
Each morning we pull newly issued permits from the towns' public open-data feeds and keep only new pools and new single-family homes.
Leads land by ~8:30 AM
One clean email per weekday with just the jobs that fit your trade. Reach out while the homeowner is still planning.
Built for the trades that follow the dig
A new pool needs a code-compliant fence, landscaping, irrigation, decking, lighting and a service plan. A new house needs gutters, blinds, pest control, a security system and a lawn. If you sell to brand-new pools or brand-new homes, you want to know the week the permit is issued.
Simple plans. 14 days free.

Questions
Where do the leads come from?
From building permits published as public records on the City of Raleigh and Town of Cary open-data portals. We filter, clean and group them for your trade.
How fresh are they?
We check every weekday morning and send what was newly issued since the last digest. Towns sometimes publish with a delay of a day or two.
Which permits are included?
New residential swimming pools and new single-family homes. No remodels, roofs or commercial jobs (yet).
Are leads exclusive?
No. Permits are public records, so others can find them too. We save you the hours of digging and get them to you first thing.
Do you include homeowner contact info?
We include what's on the public permit (address, permit holder/contractor, project details). Always follow do-not-call and solicitation rules in your area.
How does the free trial work?
You enter a card at checkout but aren't charged for 14 days. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Can I change towns or trades later?
Yes — reply to any digest or use the contact form and we'll update it.
