1. The service

We compile permit records published by municipalities (currently the City of Raleigh and Town of Cary) and email subscribers summaries filtered by trade and town. Records come from third-party public sources and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. We don't guarantee any lead results in business.

2. Subscriptions, trial and billing

Plans renew monthly or annually until canceled. New subscribers get a 14-day free trial; cancel before it ends to avoid charges. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. [Refund policy — TBD]

3. Acceptable use

You'll use leads lawfully, including telemarketing, do-not-call, CAN-SPAM, and local solicitation rules. You won't resell or republish digests. [Municipal data attribution and license terms to be inserted.]

4. Data sources

5. Disclaimers and liability
